As a SHINE intern or associate, you’ll rotate through several areas and gain responsibility along the way, from helping implement a client’s new marketing program to orchestrating a social media campaign for a Deloitte initiative. If you have a design focus, you’ll learn to produce creative print and digital solutions with our in-house Green Dot Agency.
